Delete your Kayak Window account

This deletes your Kayak Window Community account (the account you sign in to with Google) and everything you posted.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kayak Window and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Community account.
3. Tap Delete my Community account and confirm.

It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email us from the Google address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, experience level, home area, 18+ confirmation) and login
• Catches you posted, trips you organised, your requests to join trips and clubs
• Clubs you own and your club memberships
• Your comp entries, reports you made and people you blocked
• Your uploaded photos (removed within 30 days)

Server backups may hold a copy for up to 30 days before it's gone for good. We keep nothing else.

What stays

Your spots, limits and catch log live only on your phone and aren't affected. To remove them, uninstall the app (back up first in Settings > Your data if you want to keep them).
